9-17 : Only a few from today. I went to the World Press Photographer exhibit- a collection of 60 or so of the best photos from 2005. It was absolutely stunning- I almost cried at one of the photos. 9-16 : At night I went to a Pope L. exhibition to photograph it for Bates. I wasn’t a fan. It felt gratuitous and gross. But no matter, that's only me and I was there to photograph it- I didn’t have to like it! 9-3 : Wasn’t feeling so hot today so I slept in quite a bit and didn’t do that much. One thing I did do however was to go to the Prater to go up in the giant Ferris Wheel. Afterwards we went to a bier garten in the middle of the whole zoo and got a little refreshment. I simply went back to the apartment, made dinner, and am going to go to bed soon.

August 25-26 : Today was our first day in Vienna! We had a very long and unenventful trip. We arrived, settled in, then went out for food. We went to an OK resturaunt, which at first we thought was a treet. At the end though our professors announced that we had to pay. I was very happy I'd stuck with a relitively space meal as opposed to some kids who had had quite a bit! At about 9:30 a fireworks show in the Prater (Essentially a theme park that we're right next to) started off. It was a lot of fun, the colors of the rides mixed with the colors of the fireworks were fun to take in.
